im sitting here in work , feeling the tightness in the throat and these unwanted thoughts right in the back of my head of un certainty / fear

i know 100 % its irrational and the only reason i feel this sensation is because im thinking of it , not knowingly

havnt been on tablets in 4 or 5 months as some diff ones i tried didnt work for me

so back on effexor xl 75mg a week so shouldnt be much longer before i start to feel more relaxed

was on them before and they worked excellent , i know theres no gaurantee's but positive thinking :)

have to find a good cbt therapist also when im ready

I hate those irrational thoughts, because you know well that they are irrational, but you nearly convince yourself that they're true and if you don't worry about, it'll never go away.

Hi Fatloss08, this is just anxiety you have got. You need to come over that. This is just having a control on yourself. You can cure your anxiety with the help of hypnotherapy sessions as they are very useful to cure a person out of anxiety.
