    My little bro is considering applying for a job in our local Aldi, but ive heard that they dont treat staff very well. Anyone konw first hand what there like to work for?

    Well, I've never worked for Aldi, but IMO it would vary from shop to shop.

    For example, I worked for [big database company] who had a reputation for being a good employer, but I was bullied and treated like dirt.

    I also worked for McDonald's who probably have a reputation for being a poor employer, but I found them to be decent and reasonable.

    So I reckon you're going to have to state the location of the shop to get a more accurate answer.

    Also, everyone reacts differently to certain management styles, so what one person hates another person will love. :)
