Having trouble setting up ps3 on eircom. Its set on nat3 have tried most of the guides to help but not none are working no matter how many tries. Its one of the new eircom boxes but its still hooked up with a cat5 cable could this be the problem or am I missing something else?

give us some more info, which router exactly ? how far through the setup process are you getting ? what are the result when you test connection ?, i wouldnt worry too much about being on nat3, its not the end of the world, does most ppl fine, my own connection flicks between nat 1 and 3 i dont know why, but i can get online no problem
