Richard Stapleton 1st, I was 2nd, Tony Cogan was 3rd.

It was very tight going into the final, I think 5 of us were on 580+/-1.

I'm sure someone will be along with the full results shortly.

Edit: I was very happy with my final, a good score and room for improvement. :)

As Conor said, it was a close contest right through from qualification to final and even to the last shot in the final. Most of the credit for that goes to Conor who's becoming a bit of a specilist at finals and seems to be able to leapfrog a couple of places every time.

Others need to look to their laurels now, there's quite a strong competitive edge in the sport and long may it continue. :)

Well, if I had the full results before I would have posted them myself. :p

I don't know about being a specialist, but I think the structure of the finals makes me shoot better. They're useful for focussing the mind.

All I need is someone behind me shouting "3, 2, 1, Start!" for the whole match. :D

You could always try an MP3 player if you really want to get that effect. Fat-tony would do the recording for you if you asked nicely. :D

If it wasn't against the rules I'd be tempted! :)

Nice shooting man :) I know the MP3 player is illegal, but how about the DURC Encouragement Stick(TM) ?

It's not against the rules to use it for training. Presumably after listening to fat-tony for the 1000th time you wouldn't need the MP3 player any more, you'd be hearing "3, 2, 1, Start" in your sleep :D
