String Quartet / Trad Music Students wanted...

Looking to source a few musical students to do our wedding next year.
Rather than pay some over rated established groups we thought we would give someone else a chance who might be just starting off. We're not looking to do this on the cheap or get it for free but would like yo hear from any students / new groups who would be willing to do the gig. We are looking for a possibly a string quartet to do the ceremony music, roughly 30-40 mins and perhaps a trad type group to do an hour or so pre-reception.

Hi Sizzler. I think I'm exactly what you're looking for. I'm a student of traditional music and I've started Coras Events - to provide traditional music for weddings and functions. The 2 things we do most often are string quartets for ceremonies and trad groups for the drinks reception.
My girlfriend plays in and organises string quartets, and they are all students of classical music in the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
I can get any combination of instruments you like for the reception group. We usually have fiddle, accordion, guitar and another instrument of your choice.
