    Hi folks,

I am looking for a wireless (preferably Bluetooth) mouse to replace the Mighty Mouse. I am looking for a full size one rather than notebook mouse.

Can anyone suggest one that works well with the mac?

Logitech MX Revolution. This is like the big daddy amongst mice these days.... well according to some people anyway. I have to say, i have used them and they are very comfortable in the hand. Also, they have a massively customizable range of tasks that you can assign the various button/wheels on the mouse.

I do not own one however. And with regards to bluetooth connectivity, i think they have a bluetooth one out now, but im not sure how it connects to macs.(I presume ok though) The main thing that put me off getting one aside from my affection towards my mighty mouse, was the option of it only being available in black. I very much like everything to match so a black mouse alongside my MBP wouldn't look right in my eyes.

I have the MX Revolution myself. Great piece of kit. My only complaint would be the wheel has no beginning or end point. It spins endlessly, so sometimes applications think you're trying to scroll when you're not.

I have an MX Revolution as well. It has a few issues (can't replace battery, badly designed scroll-wheel) but very nice overall. I got mine from Dell during the summer, they were selling it very cheap at the time compared to Komplett, Dabs, etc.

Plenty to choose from here @Dabs.

I recently just bought the Logitech MX620 from PC World. It was 40 some euro. Probably cheaper online, but I was in a rush.

It's bluetooth, but I had trouble getting the MacBook to find it, so in the end I just plugged in the tiny dongle that came with it. The dongle allows you to use all the buttons whereas if you just use the MacBook's bluetooth, you just get basic functionality. So I believe anyway.

Nice mouse, enough functionality on it and nice response.

Using an MX revolution myself, great if you're right handed.

I'd do some research and see if there's a bluetooth equivalent, unless you have a spare USB slot for the dongle.

    Hi Silvine,

As a logitech Sales guy myself, i've tried most of the current mice and have a few faves ( the revolution being one of them )

Would also recommend you look at the new MX 1100 which is cheaper than a revolution , and the best way i could describe it would be a cross between the MX 1000 ( a big favourite in its day ) and a MX revolution

Couldn't find a bluetooth mouse I liked so I bough the Revolution on eBay for EUR60.
