hi there everyone, i have just come off of a 10 month break (7 of which i couldnt walk).

i have gained about 5 stone (yes, 5!) and i need to get it off so i can begin training for show jumping horses again (what got me into the mess in the first place). right now i need to be able to train from my home, so i was wondering if anyone had any fitness equipment collect dust.. dvds that never got used, free weights, etc.

since i only have about three months of at home training the equipment could be returned.

i know its a huge favour, but i can afford to go out and buy everything and my doctor strongly advises against me doing anything without someone present in the home to make sure i dont break one of the bone bridges in my back, or worse, bust a screw.

if you have any suggestions or help for me, please please let me know, anything will help!

In that case, I have a Total Trainer thingie you can borrow, if you can collect it. I live in Swords. It should be very handy for rebuilding fitness, as you can vary the resistance from very light to moderate.
