Sony NV-U93T Speedcam updates

Hello, I have a Sony NV-U93T and want to find if there is anywhere on the net that I can find downloads for the speedcams. I know that there are plenty of sites for speedcams for the likes of tom toms etc but can any of them be used on my device. The sony website for this is awful and my opinion has not even been updated…
