I work Sundays. Normally, this means quiet saturday nights in, watching X-factor and the likes. Last night, however, my arm was twisted, and indulged in an array of beverages did I. I'm currently paying for it.
So tell me, what's your best get-through-the-day techniques whilst hungover in work? All advice welcome!!!!

Hash browns might be nice. Basically stuff your face and drink plenty of fluid, and stay away from anything demanding in work.

Working Sundays sucks. Breakfast roll & a cup of scald.

I've done this. The cool tiles have a pleasant, soothing effect.

I work a lot of Sundays and am frequently hungover. I just stay away from everybody and delegate to an unprofessional degree.

It's one of many annoying things about the modern world that Sunday is now just another work day for many people.

    Drink lots of water.
    Eat bananas.
Take Panadol or Aspro Clear (max. strength variety).

And, if your stomach can take it, have a Big Mac.

go to the bathroom and have a good ol' fashioned snooze. Or get sick in a bin! Normally a bottle of coke will de-zombify me :)

My cure is ice-cream... Maxi Twists ftw!! And milkshakes work just as well I find :)

EDIT: Oh or a nice cold glass of milk. Dairy does it for me!

That wee roll on thing called '4head' is brilliant for hangovers. Just rub across your forehead and the headache disappears. Have to re apply frequently tho. Great if your stomach's sick and you can't keep tablets down. Lots of fluids. Also if you're up to it chicken cup a soups.

Back in my student days, after many tough times on a sunday morning struggling my way into work with a bad ole hangover, I discovered a foolproof technique of ridding yourself of this foul and inhuman ailment. I referred to it then as "shitting out your hangover".

If you want a good breakfast roll, head to Hick & Sons in Dalkey. They do the best breakfast rolls ever. However, I'm not sure if they do them on a Sunday. If tey do, more power to you.

    Never a truer word typed.

Conveniently, the back-seat of the car makes a nice make-shift bed. I'm still in super-lazy mode, but have seen off the worst of the hangover at this stage.

nothing like a few games of Peggle / Zuma to get ya through the drudge and grudge of a hangover day.

Enduring work whilst hungover is one of the reasons i gave up the drinking malarky alltogether !!!
