The big one. Can England rise to the challenge and stop what looks like an awesome Kangaroos outfit?

Australia: B Slater (Melbourne); J Monaghan (Canberra), G Inglis (Melbourne), I Folau (Melbourne), B Tate (NZ Warriors); D Lockyer (Brisbane, capt), J Thurston (North Queensland); P Civoniceva (Penrith), C Smith (Melbourne), S Price (NZ Warriors), G Stewart (Manly), A Laffranchi (Gold Coast), P Gallen (Cronulla).

Subs: B Kite (Manly), J Perry (Manly), A Tupou (Sydney Roosters), K Hunt (Brisbane).

England: P Wellens (St Helens); A Gardner (St Helens), M Gleeson (Warrington), K Senior (Leeds), M Calderwood (Wigan); L Pryce (St Helens), R Burrow (Leeds); J Peacock (Leeds, capt), J Roby (St Helens), J Graham (St Helens), G Hock (Wigan), G Ellis (Leeds), K Sinfield (Leeds).

Subs: D McGuire (Leeds), A Morley (Warrington), M Fa'asavalu (St Helens), J Wilkin (St Helens).

You'd have to say that those 2 teams contain some of the most talented RL players on earth. Potentially a huge clash....

I don't know anythin about the Aussie team to be perfectly honest. From what I've heard and seen though I can see this being a bit of a walkover. Really, really hope I'm wrong though.

Take it from me amacachi, that Aussie team is superb. Keep an eye on centre Israel Folau (a monster of a man, with outrageous skill levels)during the game, and of course the brilliant Darren Lockyer, one of the greatest rugby league players of the last decade and for me one of the main reasons why the Roos are so good.

Have to admit though I'm rooting for England, I really hope it isn't a walkover. Someone's got to challenge the supremacy of the Aussies for the good of the game, also hoping the Leeds boys Burrow, Sinfield, Peacock and Ellis go well.

Better from England, look like a different team than the first 10. They'll regret that slow start.

Aus 52 Eng 4. Brilliant display from a rampant australia. fantastic, classic rugby league. Great to watch. England appalling, looked like they just met in the car park 5 minutes before the game. Those guys were beaten before they left the dressing room.

I thought Aussie were excellent. Never lifted their foot off the lead and went the whole hog for 80 minutes.
Never been a Billy Slater fan but boy, did he play well. And of course, Locky too. Aussie kicking game was 1000% better than England's which was utter crud.
