Wasn't sure where to put this seeing how its more machinima related than Halo

Roosterteeth just finished up a surprise new series of Red Versus Blue called Reconstruction. It takes the reds and blues out of their familiar surroundings and slowly unveils the truth as to why they really were stationed in a boxed out canyon in the middle of nowhere.

It still has its laughs but Reconstruction adds an extra tone of credibility and seriousness as it revolves almost completely around Project Freelancer the same way the Out of Mind mini-series did. Its well worth a look.

Is it actually funny like the orginal set was or does it leaving you sitting there at the end wondering if you just didn't get the jokes they used (and then you realised they didn't use any)

No they use jokes. In the middle of some Serious Business Griff and Simmons sidetrack the whole thing into a debate about the pronunciation of EMP. And its hard not to have caboose without funny involved. They just tie it in with a plot that makes sense, and some actual action.
