Or even a temp solution or to reduce the redness. I have had red cheeks for as long as i can remember. Is there any creams i can get to stop the red cheeks. Maybe in Tescos or the local chemist??

Can you elaborate on your symptons? Do you have red cheeks all the time or are you talking about blushing?

Try dressing in lighter clothing? Blood rushes to the cheeks and ears to cool the body down.

It could be deramatitis or allergy. Go to the doc or pharmacy and ask them. Failing that boots no.7 do a green cream for cancelling out redness.

My husband has tried numerous creams and it's trial and error. The only one that worked was a sunscreen we bought for lips and cheeks in a pharmacy in greece called propalone. Not available here  He's currenly trying some cream on prescription but no noticable improvement. His is worse when he's exercising or overheated.

It's possible that you have rosacea. If so antibiotics can help though it taks a while - months. See a GP and look here

Yeah I also want to know that. I used to think that my red cheeks were such a big issue, but they are normal colour now (I still blush easily but not as often as I used to . . . I used to go purple even if I felt someone else near me would be embarrassed).
So point is - it could be something you may grow out of. There is also a green sort of moisturisor (check out Boots and places like that) that you can put on your cheeks - but just be really careful you don't put on too much because then you can have a green twinge off your face - possibly worse than natural red.

You can see from the responses OP that it could be any of a number of things. If you're concerned about it, see a GP.

    Another sufferer here.
Especially when stressed in work but realy it's noticable at all times too.

Went to the GP who said it was blood capilliaries close to the skin surface which just some people have. Tbh meet 5 different doctors and they'll tell you five different things.
This ain't medical advice OP, just what I was told

If it's an issue for you, go see a GP and you might even ask for a referal to a dermatologist.

I don't know about your condition, but my gf has beautiful rosy cheeks all the time. I think its one of her best features.

i get red faced very easily, not from embarrassment, i'm just prone to it.

    i swear by Benefit's You're Bluffing.

it's a yellow base, not green and blends really well. and assuming you're a guy from your username, it's light enough to wear without makeup as long as you apply it correctly.
