    I recently dropped out of Groody Student Village and my room is up for rent.
    It's in a really nice area (across from Subway/Chinese/Off-License), guarded safely and is close to UL (10min walk)

    Buses go from the roundabout into the city every 15 minutes and at night buses drop you off just at the Groody Roundabout safely.

    Room contains double bed, pretty big, and the essentials and you'll be sharing with 2 other people.

    The price is €960 if you want to stay there starting Monday and is paid until January.
    Unfortunately, you must pay in one payment and not weekly, if you're interested get back.

    i stayed here and its great. much nicer than old houses estates like elm park/oaklawn/milford grange. And the coach up and down is great/free
