EC investigates TP for abuse of dominant position Thursday 30 October 2008

European Commission officials have conducted an unannounced inspection at the premises of Polish incumbent operator Telekomunikacja Polska. The inspections are a preliminary step in investigations into suspected abuse of dominant position. There is no strict deadline to complete an antitrust investigation, its duration depending on a various factors, including the complexity of the case and the exercise of the rights of defence.
