far cry 2 probs

two probs if anyone can help first : is there a map editor on the pc version and if so where?? second : anyone else getting really bad lag on net with the odd punkbuster kick. downloaded the punkbuster thing and updated it but only little bit of luck. dont know how to forward ports for this cause its not on portforward.com…

Map Editor is in your Far Cry 2 Folder directory.
