Hi I'm looking at getting the Samsung series 6 LE40A616 from laptops direct. There's so much info everywhere about the 656, but I can't really see what's worse about the 616 that makes it cheaper? Anyone know the exact difference between these? is it purely the bevel?

Also samsung.com sucks, they seem to have details for only one 40" series 6 TV only the LE40A559.

Looks like the 656 might be a better panel,

    Here's the two specs... 616 & 656.

At a glance the 656 has higher Dynamic Contrast and I don't think the 616 is (100hz)

Might be other differences. The 616 seem to be more like the 559 with the 656 shell and an extra couple to connections?

Thanks jmal, whatever way I was looking at the site I didn't get specs for those listed, anyway, I made the stretch and went with the Sony 40W4000 in the end :)
