Ive seen many paypal threads here but i cant seem to find an answer here or anywhere. I have 35 euro on my paypal account through a bank transfer and i wanted to buy an item off of ebay. Now the problem is i dont have credit/debit card and i was wondering if there is any way of buying an item with the money in my account?

As long as you're not trying to pay more than 35euro, then just buy it. If you need more than that, then you'll have problems funding the payment (as you have no funding options).
