Do you fall for "Gift with purchase" Make up offers?

In the last week I have bought 2 products from Elizabeth Arden and 2 from Lancome mainly bacause of the excellent value GWP (Gift with purchase) offers.

It's the Elizabeth Arden offer in BT's, I really like the big black patent bag as an overnight bag and a local chemist has a lovely Lancome umbrella gift so I bought that too.

It's been a few years since I've bothered with the free bag offers mostly because the bags are usually horrible and go straight to the charity shop and I mostly buy MAC or Bobbi Brown who never give free stuff.

I got a lot for just less than €100 so I'm happy with that and it's been ages since I've spent much on make up so I don't feel guilty but I'm wondering do other people get the GWP offers all the time?

Maybe it's because of the recession or to encourage Christmas shopping but the offers do seem to be much better than before.

I usually buy the Clinque offers because 9 times out of 10 I need to buy stuff. So handy to try new things or to bring on holidays! Unfortunatly I often try a new thing and want to buy more :)
