Massive game for us tomorrow. we've got to hope Samoa beat Tonga by a relatively small margin to keep our WC hopes alive.

Irish interests aside its going to be a grueling, savage game with extra police being drafted in and both teams warned to keep their distance during their respective Hakas. To say that Tonga and Samoa don't like each other would be the understatement of the decade....going to be a fascinating clash.

Yeah, a one point win for Samoa would put us right back in it :P

I take it Samoa are pretty hot favorites?

They're expected to win, but Tonga have the advantage of getting them first-up while they had last weekends hard-fought win against us to blow off any cobwebs, so who knows? On paper samoa look seriously talented...i think they could even take the Kiwis or the English on their day.

Aye, fair number of SL players on Samoa's team. It's gonna be feckin brutal, that's for sure :)

Fantastic game, great result for us. Samoa 20 Tonga 12. If we beat them by eleven points we're through. Samoa looked good, Big Ali great, Vagana immense. but for me Leo-Latu man of the match. (watch out for Tongas 2nd try, brilliant.)

Samoa look a serious prospect, they've got natural talent in abundance, combined with great discipline and a real defensive hunger. We'll have our work cut out for us but its do-able....roll on next week..

For me though Tonga won the haka-off hands down.....
