    hello all,
im debating this at the moment, is it really worth it?

i dont like the idea of the walls not being fully solid, secondly if its not fixed really good is the insulation in the wall defunct.

can people repond with their experiences etc.

If you dont insulate internally you are looking at increased cavity insulation/width or external insulation.
