I've lost all thought for life. My girlfriend has just ended it with me and I feel so lonely and isolated. I thought she was the one. She was my best friend, my only friend, and I just don't know anymore. I have nobody to tell how I'm feeling or just to talk to and feel comfortable around. I'm lost and lonely. :(

    Hey OP.

I felt the same recently and I can tell you, it does get better.

    How long were you together?

You can talk to people here. We are here to listen.

Went through a terrible break up myself about 3 months ago. Felt the same, just didn't want to get out of bed thought there was no point to life. It took alot of time and although I'm not completely healed I feel really good about life.

I surrounded myself with good people, old friends, family.Started a college course, i'm even doing much better in work and now feel really positive. I know its cliché but time is a healer, don't give up things will get better.

    corny but true!

Op you wont feel like it now but the relationship has been a great experience for you. You have learned things about yourself and how you deal with people that you will use in your next relationship and it will help you become a better boyfriend.

And to add another cliche... "things are always darkest before the dawn"

    Head up:)
