As the title says Im looking for the ID on a 1994 World Cup Song. It used the "ole" refrain and I think the guy who did the remix of "Fraggle Rock" had a hand.

    Anyone?

I have a copy of most of the world cup songs but strangely I can't seem to find any with the 'Ole' line! (Other than 'Ole 94' but that's a very questionable dance choon!) This might give you some inspiration though.

According to this, it wasn't actually Dearg Doom at all ... but O'Neill's March

The guitar line in Put 'Em Under Pressure was a sample of Dearg Doom, which was based on hte session tune O'Neill's March/Cavalry/Cavalcade. So it's both.

That song ( with the Dearg Doom/O'Neill's March rift and Ole Ole Ole chant)

    has a chorus that goes

"We're all part of Jacky's army, we're all off to Italy" which was the 1990 world cup and not the USA 1994 one.

So can the OP clarify if in fact is the the 1994 theme song they are looking for.
