eBay Merchant Hasn't Sent Item

    Hi all,

First time on here so hoping someone will take the time to try and help me in my inquiries!!!

I bought an FM transmitter from a guy in NI on eBay at the beginning of the month. It basically works as a little transmitter for an ipod or whatever so you can listen to it in the car.

Anyway I bought it at the very beginning of this month and it took the seller a good few days to give me a total price as I had to contact him/her for shipping cost. I wasn't impressed by the amount of time this took but was willing to see it through anyway.

Now after a few weeks and no further communication I still have no item. I threatened to raise the issue to a dispute through ebay and paypal and have done so as I received no response from the seller even before raising it to a dispute. I gave a few days warning too of me going to do this but still no reply.

Anyway I'm wondering where do I go from here now. It wasn't a lot of money, maybe a tenner in all but still this is very bad treatment from someone who's supposed to have a good reputation on it...think it's a powerseller actually.

So what can I do now? I just want a full refund at this stage as I'm sick of waiting...

Forget eBay, their dispute process is rubbish. If you haven't already, start a Paypal dispute and escalate to a claim.

    If you go here:

    http://shop.ebay.ie/advsearch/_W0QQ

and click on "Find contact information" you can request their phone number. Otherwise, go for the PayPal dispute before your time runs out on that.
