You can actually now buy them in Maplins in Blanch. Expensive though. I bought mine in PDASmart. Delivered in 3 days. Bought a new 40GB hard disk while I was at it.

Replacing the battery is easy enough. Kit comes with a tool and full instructions. Skill level average.
Excellent service.
