Interval Training

    Hi guys,

    I have heard that interval training is a great way to increase aeorobic fitness quickly and is also a good fat burning exercise.

    My problem is that Im not sure how to get started with interval training. How long should I run, what effort per interval, treadmill Vs crosstrainer etc...

    Any tips/template programs would be greatly appreciated :-)
