Training Diaries?

Do many people keep training diaries? I have my "little black book" (It's little and black :D) which I bring to the gym everyday, and write in whatever weights and reps that I do. I started this book 4 months ago and when I look back I can see slight improvements:

    Bench Press has gone from 60kg x 10 reps, to 75kg x 10 reps.
    Squat has gone from 80kg x 6 reps to 110kg x 6 reps.
    Deadlift has gone from 80kg x 10 to 120kg x 5.

Other exercises have increased slightly over the past few months, but it does feel good looking back and seeing some kind of a difference at least. :D

So, my question is, do you have a "little black book", and now that you look back, can you see much improvement?

There's always the option of the On-line Little Black Book?

Thanks g'em, I've seen that before alright. I might put up a few posts later on in the week. I suppose a few comments from people won't hurt. :D

I have an actual training diary that I write my sessions in while I'm at the gym then when I get home I write it out again in the 'Fitness Log' forum here.

I don't really use it so I can look back and see the improvements that I've made (although that is nice ;)), it's more for when I start to stall on a particular lift, I'm able to look back in my log to see what I did to overcome a similar problem before, because I know there's no way I'd be able to remember!

I try to keep one. I usually jot down the weights and reps and how each of them felt, technique-wise etc. I think they're a great idea, both as a motivator and as a diagnostic tool like Malteaser! suggested.

It is tougher than it sounds though, I usually forget by the time I get home. I try to keep one for BJJ too but by the time I remember to fill it in I've forgotten what to write. Probably should just bring it to the gym with me really!
