Have an assignment on the balance of rights in relation to Anton Piller orders and was wondering if anyone had any articles or other reference materials which would be relevant??

For starters, you could try google "anton piller rights" and see what happens. Thereafter, there are myriad legal databases online - Irish, English and International - that are sure to have plenty on the topic.

It's not really very useful for anyone to come along and answer your question for you. If you ever decide to practice law, you're going to need to be able to use resources, both online and off.

read delaney, she summarises quite well (with good footnotes which will further point you in the right direction) this whole area and the right against self incrimination vis a vis the exercise of the anton piller injunction.

i never asked anyone to do the question for me!

i googled the topic before i posted this and ive also been browsing irlii etc, have also already read delaney so im sorry if i gave off a lazy impression on my first post!

what i meant was would anyone have any links or know of the whereabouts of any interesting articles that i mayt have missed??
