"Wake me... when you need me" is Master Chief from Halo 3, and the other is Kane from Command and Conquer 3 (or one of the C&C games) i think.

This is Kerrigan from Starcraft. I have the benefit (and damn pleasure) of playing through this for my first time ever recently.

Not too sure about any of the other ones, although "Wake up" is ringing some bells.
