Mobbler - last.fm scrobbler and radio player = awesome
Opera Mini (I really want Skyfire though)
    Truphone - killer VOIP app
Emtube - full youtube on phone
    Google Maps
    Gmail
    CorePlayer Mobile
    Divx

Since I get most software for free nowadays it pains me to pay for any S60 software since they are usually locked to the phone.

Yeah, but every reputable developer will give you a new reg key if you email them saying you got a new phone with a new imei ;)

I'm really dissapointed there are no decent filesharing apps on Symbian. Anyone know of any?

I can think of two off the top of my head.

One for the gnutella network, and one for torrents.

hmmm. I have SymTorrent and after your comment I've found Symella. Cheers - I guess I'm specifically looking for something which runs on the Soulseek network - would be great to be able to download individual tracks to my phone.
