So Miss Gunner decides that for Christmas she wants Santa to bring her a laptop

Just browsing through Dell and trying to pick one but does not necessarily have to be a dell laptop

Not into Gaming and wont be downloading massive files like I do

Use it for Office(I have MS Office that I will install)

Also use it for internet and email

So nothing to flashy just something that wont break on Stephens Day and have a good processor as will get it with Vista on it

So anyone got any good specs?

Any of the sub 600€ notebooks from Dell, HP, Asus should be fine. Just if it has Vista on it (god forbid but it probably will) either install Ubuntu (if you are into that kind of thing like me) or make sure it has 2Gb ram.
