They're absolutely gorgeous. The third one especially, it really conveys his passion.

I like the last one most of all, just really works for me.

I must say the last one is the one I'm most happy with.

The first and last are my faves, I think the light directly behind him looks really well and the processing is brill too. :)

I'm a fan of Jack L's and I have to say the last one is brill. The first one is very good as well.

Yup the last one is the best for me. His skin looks a bit unnatural though, but it could be my monitor!

btw, how close were you & what lens did you use? And jack L didn't mind you taking photos at all?

Outpost - it was the way the lights were on him. 70-200 f/2.8 lens and I was about 20 feet away. It was a seated gig so I didn't want to get in the way of any of the paying patrons.

Well done, I'm a major Jack L fan, I've been to several gigs, were you at 2.8? what ISO? I know he doesn't allow flash! I always regret not bringing the gear.

2.8 all the way through.ISO varied depending on what light was being used during the songs, I tend to constantly keep an eye on everything so I don't end up over/under exposing.

Spyral - not too much was done to the shot, just a lightroom preset added to it with some tweaks.

Great set Ken, last one would be the standout

Nice job man. I was at his recent gigs in Vicar street but was more interested in the beer than taking shots.

    Love number 4.
