Prices to rent a flat in Galway

    I wonder if it's only me who thinks that there is a massive increase of available rooms and flats/houses to rent in Galway at daft.ie

    Do you guys notice that the economy is going down in Galway and for example east europeans go back to their home countries and therefore the offer of living space exceeds the supply?

    well apparently galway has the highest percentage of immigrants in the country, so if they are leaving to go home Galway will be most affected?

    Areas like Doughiska have huge amounts of property to let now as they are leaving there in their swarms. But in the city seems not to be the case.
