    Hi,
We have a satellite which picks up free channels like the BBCs ITVs etc. Recently I searched for more channels and got them, but most of them are scrambled as you have to pay a subscription. But E4 E4+1 More4 Film4 have the S sign next to them, which signifies they are scrambled but i can still watch theese channels. Is there anyway I can watch some of the other Scrambled channels, like I can with theese ones?

Check all the channels marked with an $, if they come in clear watch them, you are doing nothing wrong. Trying to defeat the scrambling on channels that don't come broadcast in the clear is theft.

those channels are marked as scrambled so that a sky box will think they are... but on your fta box they will show....

the only way to get the other ones is to pay sky...

Buy a skybox and a subscription.

The channels you mentioned have a flag set which identifies them as scrambled. They are of course not scrambled and are legal to view. Sort of like a car with the keys in the ignition and "do not steal" written on the door.

The other scrambled channels are actually scrambled. You must buy the subscription.

    Edit:
