Yearbook photo - which one?

Hey, as theres space for some more photos in the yearbook, i said id give it a go. Just wanted to hear peoples opinions about which picture to go with...

Ive whittled it down to 3 choices ... click for large versions.

I need to get this into the lads as soon as possible, so if anyone wants to give me some opinions it would help my decision.

My first choice would be the bee. Fly is pretty fly too. Leave out the leaves.

2 or 3, subject matter more interesting in 2 but 3 has a simple beauty.

Agreed about 3 there is something special about it.

Love the colour in 1, but could end up being too dark when printed.

Next choice would be 3 if the bits of leaves in the top left are removed.

1 and 2 are nice but I really like No.3, agree with Shiny about losing the leaves top left, crop or clone.

I agree that #1 may need some exposure adjustment.. Personally I'm surprised by the reaction to the Leaves photo.. I'll get my coat.

For me its #1 and its not even close. It jumped out when I opened the thread. Its awesome!

I meant to say above that this is why I didn't put up a selection for public opinion!:) I think that it's always going to leave you more confused than when you started!

I just bit the bullet and picked the one that meant the most to me, regardless of whether some of my other candidates were technically better or more pleasing to the wider public, since when I'm flicking through the book, I want to be able know that my favourite is representing me and my work.:D

Aggghhh!!! Dakar is right, im more confused now then when i started.

Personally they all "mean something" to me.
#1 was actually one of my first photos, taken in my garden.
#2 is one that a lot of people tell me id their favourite, and my best
#3 just looks really nice, and is one of MY favourites

I have till Wednesday to make my decision, although il try to get it in earlier than that to cause less of a headache for the lads

Thanks for the comments everyone, everything said is goint to be taken on board in my decision.

What it boils down to is that they're all great images, I know I'd be happy to put my name to any of them. Pick the one that will make YOU smile when it catches your eye as you flick through the book.:)
