What mail system you using? Student Mail? Webmail?

If you're not using the new Student Mail system, you can forward all messages to another address, say Gmail, and have the Mail app download all messages from this account. Best of all, you won't have to worry about exceeding your quota on your mail so more missing important mail because you didn't empty your trash.
