Anyone else at this last night? I thought it was terrific. Sure, the voice isn't what it used to be, but still a great show. Overall, I preferred the first half, 'cos I thought that his vocals were occasionally drowned out during the electric set. Suite: Judy Blue Eyes, in particular, was superb.

A great gig, much preferred the first half. Judy Blue Eyes made the hair stand up on my arms.I finally got to complete the set, Neil Young (twice) Crosby & Nash (2005) and now Stephen Stills.....do I get a badge?:D:D

Ha ha. Yeah, I'm the same. Never saw them all together, but I've seen Neil a good few times, saw Crosby and Nash in Vicar Street and now I've seen Mr. Stills to complete the set.

Excellent concert. What a musically gifted and funny guy he is. Amazed he did practically the entire first half solo - it was the best part of the evening, though some of the 'rockin out' stuff towards the end was top-class.

Great atmosphere on the night, too.

    Fantastic.

p.s. Had never heard the anecdote about 'Johnny's Garden' before!

He'd been introducing the song with the story on the current tour, but I deliberately steered clear of his own site forum so I could just enjoy the Dublin gig without any prior knowledge of his anecdotes or what the set list would be.
I thought his political jokes were great. Much more entertaining than most American artists who come over and feel compelled to say a few token words - Stills was actually funny.
Got Deja Vu on DVD this week as well. Highly recommended.
