    Main room:
Long overdue and opening the night is friend and constant promoter of our weird little night Mr. DAVE DAVIN.
Dave plays a mixed bag of stuff from House to Techno, Tech House to Electro House. He's played all around the country, ****** and Hi:Fi, and practically every club in Dublin over the years including a residency every Friday @ Spirit, Dirty Fridays with Arveene, John Power, Jon Averill and Johnny Moy. Currently you can hear him every Tuesday and Wednesday on his SPIN fm show Dirty Disco.

Headlining we are delighted to announce what you'd nearly call a Dublin legend even though he's still so young, JOHN POWER.

Inspired by the original hardcore and acid house warehouse scene from the early 90’s John Power has been an addict of electronic music for as long as he can remember. At the tender age of 14, he became immersed in Dublin pirate radio and the styles and sounds that shaped them. The highly potent cocktail of repetitive beats and underground house lead to a job with Pulse 103FM in the summer of 95, arguably the biggest dance pirate radio station at the time, and than the national station RTE 2FM in 98 presenting and co-producing their flagship dance show for 5 years to over 500.000 listeners every Saturday night.

As a DJ, John Power has manned the decks in some of the best clubs and parties around the world. Playing on Scratch Live via 3 CDJ’s and mixing up everything from House, Electro Breaks and Techno, the sets are fast and furious, hard but definitely funky. His first time playing to a live crowd was at 18 years of age in front of 8.000 people at the Homelands festival in Mosney. The following year John picked up an award for ‘Best Southern DJ’ at the BBM Irish Dance Music Awards and also the award for ‘Best Southern Radio Show’. In 2001 alongside his colleague Conor G, he made his debut at the legendary Beach party Bora Bora Ibiza, they returned every season thereafter to play parties at Es Paradis, Eden, Coastline and most notably the ‘We Love’ party at Space. The festivals circuit was also given the once over with DJ performances at ********, ******, Creamfields, Godskitchen Planetlove, Gatecrasher, Global Gathering and more recently Electric Picnic.
    D.E.A.F. room:
So if you thought that wasn't enough we'll have a second room for your perusal! Music on the night is part of the D.E.A.Festival supplied by the 'THAT TIME OF THE MONTH' crew and will be a whole other type of banging(c'mon, we wouldn't of gotten them in if it wasn't going to be 'bleedin deadly!').
Here's some info and who's playing:
Paul Grant originally created the Time of the Month nights way back in Oct 2006 and since then has been putting on events at Thomas House, Dice Bar, The Lower Deck and now McGruder's (DEAF room) in Thomas Street. The music policy is simple - Dj's / Live acts play what they want with no constraints on musical styles opening up the spectrum of diversity our residents & our guests play and hopefully what you want to hear and judging by our loyal and faithfully crowd we have hit the nail on the head. As variety is the spice of life and we certainly intend to keep pushing forward with a diverse range of guests in the next few months covering many genre's of uptempo musical styles.
