Prince of Persia remake on PSN tomorrow

    Heard its going on the PSN tomorrow. Its the original original with the sands of time engine. Heard it was up on xbox live, anyone get it, is it any good. Last thing i needed out with deadspace and far cry this weekend.

    If you liked the original you will love it. Personally I think it's still a classic. It's just really very tough so might put the younger crowd off.

    i can't wait for the next gen game release later this year.

    it looks absolutely beautiful and the gameplay looks promising; hope it's not pants in reality :(

    I'm looking forward to it too but there have been a lot of complaints about the voice acting being a bit off putting because the actors don't even try to disguise their canadian accents and the script being quite hackneyed which is disappointing considering how well written Sands of Time and Two Thrones were.

    Yea, i seen a clip for it. The voices are a bit to much. Plus most of his lines are cheese on toast.. Like if someone throws a razor blade at him he says "wow, that was a close shave" in a deep american/canadian accient..

    The Prince is being voiced by the guy who did Drake in Uncharted...

    Thats what I thought ,I don't think I'll be buying anymore of these platformer rejuvinations. I think bionic commando is better than persia.

    Yeah saw some screenshots, looks like there'll be no wall runs. If its the originals exact gamelay with pruced up GFX, i think i'll miss it.

    Well it's a bit of a shame since the original is a damn fine game even still. If you aren't used to retro trial and error gameplay and steep difficulty though you won't get the most out of it.

    I remember now why i opted for wolfenstein 3d again all that time ago. Looks nice but gameplays pretty basic.
