Blew nose too hard, pain/discomfort in ear

Ive had a head cold for a few days and have been blowing my nose constantly. Blew it a bit too hard and now have a constant ringing/pain/discomfort in my ear. Its not as sore as an ear ache but its definitely uncomfortable. Any ideas on what to do ?
