    Any thoughts?

    Im going for:

    Kauto
Denman (drop Kauto after Xmas, Denman will win gold Cup, but if kept apart, they can divide the 3m chases between them).

    Master Minded

An Irish 2m hurdler yet to be picked (perhaps Cptn Cee Bee or Sizing Europe)

    Glencove Marina

FingeronthePulse (thought he was very good last weekend)

Sweet Kiln (will pick up a few hurdles, Ive forgiven her C'Ham run.

    Kasbah Bliss

    Then Im stumped.

When is the closing date for entries for this?? Oh yeah id go with Corskeagh Royale aswell should win a few nice novice hurdle races if kept away from Cousin Vinny, Cousin Vinny if the rumours are to be believed will be lightly raced so i think Corskeagh Royale might be a better option

No point in putting in Denman before Jan as he won't be running until the new year. Put in a summer horse who's in form and won't run in the new year, and substitute him out for Denman in the transfer window.

    Yes Sir (Bowens nag) maybe?

Ive noticed Ive little or no Novice Chasers.

Forpaddytheplaster is going for the Arkle it seems. Wasn't impessed with Trafford Lad last week. How about Venalamar?

Voy Por Ustedes (stepping up in distance)
    Snap Tie
Katchit (if he goes for more of a staying hurdle)
    Neptune Collonges
L'ami (won a point to point in Kilsheelan at the weekend - now with Enda Bolger and looking like he'll run in hunter's chases)
Nickname (if the ground starts getting bottomless)

It would be such a pity if we dont see Glencove Marina on the track this year. He is prob one of the most talented irish horses. Willie Mullins said he is the most exciting horses he has had in years.

If he regains his fitness he could be a real threat in the Queen Mother Chase.

I love the horse and I've been following him for a while but even if he gets back to the track in the second half of the season I don't think he'd be a match for Master Minded in the Champion Chase. I see Glencove as more of a 2m4f - 3m chaser.

I would have to agree with you about Master Minded if it can re-produce anything like the form it showed in C'ham it would be untouchable. but i reckon if Twist Magic keeps progressing and can get good ground he would be a match for anything out there, was very impressed by his win in Punchestown despite making the odd error.

Id say that Alan King will probobly aim Voy Por more at the 2m4f mark after seeing what he did at Aintree, so that distance would be very competitave for Glencove Marina as well.

Their really is a lack of good Irish chasers who can compete in the major races

Probably not going to threaten anything big at Cheltenham but how about Thyne Again?
Looks like a model of consistancy.

The link below also has 10 jumpers to follow

    ok my 10 are

Nine De Sivola- runs really well in 3m+ races and looks a lively outsider for National at early stage.

Massini's Maguire- ran and beat (i think) tidal bay at Cheltenham, always runs well there, but was injured last year.

Aran Concerto- again out last season but looked really good going into cheltenham 2 years ago when stumbling 2 out and finishing 5th. Looks a real chaser in the making.

Pierrot Lunaire- runs tommorow i think, but also one of my tips for Champion Hurdle. Was getting weight last year in a lot of races but still won them well.

Snap Tie- bit late after beating Katchit, but also has a good record at Cheltenham and was beaten by 2 good horses in Captain Cee Bee and Binocular.

Well Chief- if does come back to racing and anywhere near his best then he could be a serious threat to Master Minded. Was a really really good horse.

Cousin Vinny- best NH flat horse last year and if can take form to hurdles, sure to be a good thing.

Over the Creek- a horse who loves staying races, and doesnt seem to run a bad race at all. Good chance for a national this year.

Albertas Run- to continue improving a winning a good few races before being aimed at Cheltenham.

Souffleur- ran terrible on flat, but back to hurdles this horse is a real class horse. Even better when backing in running on Betfair as always leaves plenty to do. Sometimes succeeds and sometimes fails. Hates heavy going.

    still a work in progress!

Kauto Star: I can decide after xmas whether or not to substitute Denman in. I want to see his first run (hopefully saturday at downroyal) before committing 100%

Master Minded: Awesome performance at Cheltenham last year. As much as I like Tidal Bay I can't see him getting near this fella

Sizing Europe: Very confident he'd have won the Champion Hurdle last year, I think connections are keeping him over hurdles to prove a point this year and settle some unfinished business

Cousin Vinny: Including novice hurdlers is the quickest way to the poor house but this horse looked an absolute machine in bumpers. Can always substitute out if he flops

After that I'm in the dark, still a few weeks before I have to commit!!

    Kauto Star
    Neptune Collonges
    Master Minded
    Binocular
    Jered
Noland - think hes the Nicholls handicap chaser to be on the right side off, not Silverburn or Big Bucks

    Thats it so far

I'm sure the letsbet guy's couldn't give a flying fook about lurkers or those who couldn't be arsed to register there.

Secondly, as I am registered user of that site, and I have access to forums on that site, that lurkers would not, your making yourself look very very silly if you think that the decision process was open to everybody. Those guys would not be so cunning as to publisise a list to see what little fishy came along and bite the worm now, would they? :D

    First prize to you BT...
