I wouldn't open registration on Boards.ie until people are actually at the Farmhouse in person, on the day, at the time of the shoot. LOL

I am back in the country next week, and I will see if i can make it back down. Work comes too early on Monday mornings to committ too early (plus I have to check with the warden to see if I am allowed out).

Rented u can only register once ur in the pub, no registration will be taken from boards just to clear that up

I am definitely going to try and make it down on Sunday. I am incredibly jetlagged at the moment, and have been barely able to stay away that late since returning from the States.

I made a few phone calls to a few mates of mine who will try to be in attendance as well.

Any idea of what the format will be for the evening ?

Last year the format was this and i'd imagine it'll be the same.

The early stages up to the quarters will be best of 3 in 501.

The Semi's will be best of 5 in 501

The Finals will be best of 9 in 501.

Just out of curiosity...how many people were there last year ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,502 ✭✭✭MBC

Think there was about 40 or so.

An excellent day. Well done to Karl Dunne who won the final 3-2 against Michael Judge from Robbins.

Rented mule had a great run to the semi's.

    A total of 32 entered.

Ye it was a great night. Some great darts thrown right through the comp.I was beaten by the winner 2nd round so was delighted for Karl.He deserved it in the end because he had a harder run to the final.Cant wait for the next tournie

Great night out at the Farmhouse on Sunday. This was the latest that I was able to stay awake all week since returning from the States. lol I hit the wall in the quarters when I was up 250+ and staring at a double that must have took me 15 darts to hit.

Karl, Mike and Shane all shot very well during the day and deserve their finishes in the Top Three.

Thanks to all of the Lads from the Farmhouse for running the tourney !!

brilliant night overall. great final between judge and dunne, really enjoyed playing rented mule for third spot too bad one of us had to lose.

already looking forward to next year and holding that first place trophy:D

I was thanking god that the semis were only a 'best of three' because I was dying up there. I didn't even make it into work the next day (which is something that I very rarely miss).

I'll always try to find a way down to the Farmhouse if any sort of darts going on.
