Couldn't think of anything that rhymed.

What's the best thing that you've ever bought secondhand?

Did you ever find anything really valuable at a secondhand sale?

Would you know it if you did?

    :D

Oh and 'yore ma' doesn't count

    Random thread of the day?

Anyway, apart from second hand cars (let's face it, lots of people have bought those) i bought a used Camcorder on eBay once and it was great. One of those Hi-8mm Sony jobs. It quickly became very antiquated though, with the arrival of digital Camcorders. Actually no, i think it might have been Yahoo Auctions  Was there a site called that?

There was a thread in one of the computer game forums here recently about a guy who picked up a NES 2 from a jumble sale for about a fiver. If he wanted to, he could probably make a few hundred euro profit on that.

The best I've done is buying a cheapo Simpsons wristwatch for a pound that had a brand new battery included. That battery would have set me back about £2 at the time. I felt like a regular Del Boy.

It was the Gamecube i bought on adverts a couple of years ago. Payed €150 for the console + 10 games and i still play it and probably will for a while to come.
