:rolleyes: Does anyone know how I can get a personal loan paid back. I gave 4000 euro to a friend 2 years ago.they agreed a weekly rate but arent sticking to it. Although they signed a piece of paper in a solicitors saying they got the money im not too sure what 2 do about IT NOW.:eek:

I have no idea why you thought this (the non-drinkers forum) would be the best place to ask your question

Anywho... I would move this to a relevant forum (legal discussions, personal issues), but in all likelihood they will just tell you to talk to your solicitor and close the thread. So that's what I'm gonna do!
