Anyone know of website for this software, or who makes it

We have to use it for our bridge design project.

Is there a student edition available?

Seems a bit more user friendly than Matlab..

I think some of the computers have a red brick building. I think I saw it up there.

What do you need to do for the project? QES seems over kill for what I remember of the bridge project

They want us to use it.
Part of the project is to analyse our design in it.
Weve been told about the computers in the red brick building alrihgt, was trying to get a copy to have myself.. pretty cool program..

Yeah, but I never know whether they're Dr. or Prof. I suppose Dr. applies for both.

If they are a Dr. call them that. If they are a Prof call them that. Some can be **** about it some ask you to call them by their first name. Easier just to start off with their formal tittle

If in doubt, call them Dr (but you should address them by their official title at first like kearnsr says). If in further doubt and you have time check peoplefinder.tcd.ie before you address them!
