Anyone know when new series back on E4 or TG4

I have a feeling it may be back on already, or maybe I just saw an ad for it.

Season 6 is great actually (I'm watching the US episodes myself). Not as strong as other seasons but still some cracking episodes.

Ooooh! I'm an OTH fanatic! I'm watching it online. It's an ok season.. Not great but there has been a very scary episode and some tear jerkers!! TG4 are usually pretty good at picking up the season relatively soon after it airs in the States and it's on ep 7 over there already!

I love One Tree Hill too:D It came out about the same time as The Oc and never really got the attention it deserved, but it has lasted longer, the think the series your talking about is Series Two, Haley left to go on tour.

You know a male likeing something like this should oh i dunno, it should be just wrong..... but im also glued to the damn thing. Some lines are so cheesy but you know what its harmless entertainment that at the end of the episode you normally feel happy and just in a good mood. that in my mind is perfect TV.:D

just found this thread now, im frantically trying to find out when this season is on! ive gone through my sky planner trying to find when its on and can only find it on late wednesday night! is it on at 6 on a thursday as my sky planner didnt have it advertised for today??

can someone tell me how many episodes have been shown???

Yesterday episode 2 of series 6 was on TG4 its repeated next Wednesday at 23.45pm

The CW has greenlit new seasons of Smallville (with Tom Welling on board), Supernatural, 90210, Gossip Girl and America's Next Top Model, the network announced on Tuesday afternoon
One Tree Hill also got picked up, though Chad Michael Murray's involvement in the seventh season is not yet decided.

Funny i found this thread.... i was just talking about this show recently with some friends who are obsessed! I have the first two seasons on boxset that i got in the zavvi and am only half way through season one and i have to say its very good! I was and still am really big fan of The OC so i missed this when it first came out. And no lads, watching a certain tv show cant make you gay.....

I love this show, I have been watching it since series 1, it started around the same time as The OC so I dont think it got the attention it deserved. I think this series is really dark, I preferred it when it was on Monday night, I preferred Gossip girl being on on thursday but ya cant have everything:p

I think this show has gotten really dark, its not the same as it used to be. Jamie is such a cute kid and Lucas and Peyton are a brilliant couple together.

Hmm.. not sure that it's dark so much as that there are more adult issues and problems as the characters aren't in their self absorbed high school mind set anymore...
That said, the psycho, teen shooting/ suicide, fratricide were pretty dark too.

I must be the only person not liking Lucas and Peyton as couple i preferred him with Brooke (its a shame Chad and Sophia's marriage broke up)

Apparently Hilarie Burton is only leaving because

:rolleyes: so I doubt those Brooke/ Lucas/ baby rumours will happen.


Btw, Highschool Brucas all the way!! You could see the real love and emotion between the actors, and then the real tears and anger from Sophia when there were on screen arguments in later seasons.

Well I though the Nanny Carrie scenes were very dark, but I love Peyton and Lucas together. So glad the barman is back:) cant remember his name right now, and I love the game Nathan is playing like basketball but with trampolines.

Yea, I can think of some more dark stuff now, Brooke and Q. Depressing series. I don't know how far along you lot are yet so don't wanna spoil anything.

The bartender is Owen. Jamie is so funny bouncing around after the Slamball practices. Cute kid!

So i purchased Season 1 box set and started watching - did anyone else think at some stage Lucas and Haley would have hooked up - great friendship, amazing chemistry etc

I love season 1, it's much grittier than the other seasons, even the camera isn't as filtered. Peyton looks amazing and her music is great. The pilot is the greatest episode ever, really well made. Lucas and Nathan, polar opposites yet such similar occurences throughout and the match at the end is phenomenal!

Did anyone else see the shockingly bad episode today on tg4? Completely redundant dream episode, if Chad Michael Murray furrowed his brow one more time:mad: The dialogue was terrible, so many anachronisms, which normally wouldn't annoy me, but it just grated my nerves so much!

In real need of more story, Dan's evil... I get it.

TG4 - The current late night Wednesday repeat of One Tree Hill will be moved to Monday’s at 21:05 starting on April the 20th.

There is no change to the Thursday transmission

Chad wrote and directed that. I think because the CW wanted 24 eps instead of 22 this season they could afford to play around with the show.

Yea, it was pretty boring. Naley was sweet though, and Dan was brilliant as the villlain.

I've been following this show for 5 years now and have genuine affection for the cast and the actors. It has grown and the characters have developed and had ups and downs. It's fairly well written and has the right amount of humour/ cliff hanger/ scary/ tear jerker moments. The makers are good to the fans, it doesn't have such a loyal fanbase for nothing.

But thanks for the input, really adds to the thread.

I totally agree, (as long as they keep Chad from writing anymore), it's not masterpiece drama, but that's not why I watch it anyway, it's good entertainment, and at the end of the day, that's what I want from television.

Oh and did anyone else see that the actor who plays Skills has been arrested in the US? Wonder what'll happen next season
