Any barber will do it for you. They would have to be a spa if they couldn't. Or you could ask your ma/mates/sister.

Sorry dude, but it doesn't matter who does it or how much you pay for it, you will always look like a scanger with a mullet, quite possibly because it is the most scummy hair cut imaginable.

So, unless you don't mind people laughing at you for being a tool, go to a barber and bring the picture.

    NNNOOOOooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Sorry, but that hairstyle is bloody awful. Nobody will look well with that 'do' - it's GROSS!

Honestly, get yourself a proper haircut!!

Ah man... I seriously thought you were getting it as a joke until I saw the link to a "trendy mullet". If you're going to do it, do it right. Get a proper perm mullets a la slater from saved by the bell or something .... at least then you might be ironically cool

It used to ironically cool. It isn't anymore.

Lunatic fringe. It's part of the robert chambers school on Grafton St and there's another on Liffey street. It's been a few years since I've been there but they were delighted to do an interesting style becuase I wanted something crazy at the time and I've no problem recommending them

I'm sure anywhere where you buy your white sockets and jeans with the elasticated seam that only go down as far as your ankles could tell you.

No need for all the teasing! OP had a genuine question. Even if the style turns out to be a mistake it's better than the standard short Irish man cut (traditionally worn with white and blue check shirt- most likely Ben Sherman- and Diesel Jeans:p)

OP any hairdresser in their late 40s will be able to do this since it was so common in the 80s :D

You should go for more of a classic look:
