Try Muji on chatham street - they are very functional and come in lots of sizes. Dunno if thats what you're looking for though - are you thinking about one of the silver cases? Maybe argos?

Debenhams had them a whikle ago, I saw them in the one in Blackrock anyway. They were pretty nice

    cool guys

im wondering, does anyone know of any old style ones, almost antique looking but not too expensive?
i know its being picky, but all seem to be either, clear, silver or pink.

looking to see if there are any wooden type styles

Have a look in the Oxfam craft shop, South King Street in Dublin. They used to do lovely wooden boxes in various sizes.

I know TK Maxx sell them, bit touch and go as to what stock they'd have in stock though.
