Apparently there are a few interesting ones like an Airliner in 1991 having a near miss and a USAF Sabre fighter pilot who was ordered to fire at will against an unidentified flying object in British airspace in 1957

Did anyone read the bit about the woman who claimed to have crashed landed on earth during world 2 and that she was from a planet of warrior women?Sounds plausible to me!
