Help with Wii cables please!!!

    Hi all!
    I have a 37" TV with component (xbox 360 connected)HDMI (nothing connected)and 2 scarts(Sky on 1).
    I was wondering what cable to use to get the best picture on the wii as I don't want to be unplugging the component all the time.
    Should I go with this type?Would it improve the picture?(when sky is connected to scart it says RGB 50hz):

    or can anyone recommend another alternative?
    The xbox is an older version with no hdmi so that's why its not connected to that.
