How do you know its the Cat?

I had this problem years ago when the NCT began. I changed the exhaust and it made no difference.

It ended up being the Lambada sensor. Cheaper than a Cat and easier to fit.

Maybe get yourself into a Pre NCT Centre first to test the emmisions and causes of it.
